Derek Hatcher has over 8 years of experience in the dental industry. Growing up around the family lab learning the basics of the dental industry. Being a third-generation technician, he understands the stress and pressure of an employee and as a lab owner’s son. Derek has experience working with production-style labs and smaller family-run and operated dental studios.
Juan Gonzalez has impacted the dental industry for almost 18+ years as head of CAD CAM operations and head designer in high-production dental laboratories in northern California. His career has taken him to work for CNC milling machines manufacturers and milling materials manufacturing comprised of zirconia, lithium disilicate, titanium implants, and nanoceramics. Within these organizations, he served as the top-level support engineer for CAM software and milling machine solutions. All this knowledge and experience will be forged into our services.
